Kidrobot's "The Greatest Comic-Con 2012 Sweepstakes Ever!" SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. CONTEST PERIOD: Kidrobot's "The Greatest Comic-Con 2012 Sweepstakes Ever!" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on June 23, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on July 6, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Contest Period").
2. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is only open to anyone 18 years of age or older as of June 23, 2011. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Kidrobot, Inc. and their respective companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies or any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or members of the same household of each are not eligible to enter or to win a prize. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. ENTRY METHODS: To enter, access http://www.facebook.com/Kidrobot during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the online instructions to complete and transmit the entry form. Web site entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. You may enter the Promotion under one name and one email address only. Enter using only an email address subscribed and registered in your name. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. An eligible individual receives one automatic entry into the Sweepstakes when he/she submits the requested information. The email address submitted must be valid from 11:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, June 23, 2011 through 12:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, July 6, 2011. All entries become the property of Sponsor.
4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) trip for two (2) people to San Diego Comic-Con 2012 Includes:
   • Roundtrip U.S. Domestic Coach Airfare for Winner and Guest
   • 2 Night Standard Double Occupancy Hotel Accommodations for Winner and Guest
   • 2 San Diego Comic-Con Badges for Winner and Guest for 7/13/12 & 7/14/12
   • Kidrobot SDCC Exclusive Product Releases for Winner and Guest
   • Access to other Kidrobot, Inc. sponsored events and activities
   The grand prize is not transferable. If the Grand Prize or any part thereof is unavailable for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor shall have the ultimate discretion in the scheduling of the trip. San Diego Comic-Con 2012 prize is subject to availability and must be taken 7/13/12-7/15/12. The Winner may select one person to accompany them. The winner's travel companion must be 18 years of age or older. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, if and as applicable. Round trip coach air transportation from major U.S. Domestic airport nearest winner's home to San Diego. If Winner selected lives outside of U.S., transportation to the U.S. is winner's financial responsibility. Ground transportation, taxes, costs, meals, beverages, gratuities, excursions, personal expenses, additional insurance or extended service plans and all incidental expenses incurred on the trip are not provided for and are solely the responsibility of the prize winner and his/her guest. In the event the winner or his/her guest engages during the trip in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or his or her guest home with no further compensation. Approximate retail value (ARV) $5,000.00.
5. WINNER: Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about July 18, 2011 from all eligible entries received and decision of judges is final. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of all eligible entries received. Winners must comply with all sweepstakes rules as published. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail and will be required to complete, sign and return, a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity Release. Winners are required to return document within seven (7) days from the date on the prize notification e-mail. Failure to comply with this requirement or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited, with an alternate winner randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries.
6. ENTRANTS, BY THEIR PARTICIPATION, AND WINNER, IN ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, Kidrobot, Inc., FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OF LIABILITY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER AGAINST THE SPONSOR AND THE SPONSOR AFFILIATES REGARDING ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, ANY ACCIDENT, LOSS, INJURY OR DEATH OCCURRING FROM HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR USE/MISUSE THEREOF.
7. GENERAL: Entrants, by their participation, and winners, in accepting their prizes, agree to be bound by these rules, consent to the use of their names, addresses (city, state), photographs and likenesses for purposes of advertising, trade and promoting in any and all media on behalf of the Sponsor, without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
8. INTERNET ENTRIES: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to select a winner from among eligible entries received as of the date of termination. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any entry based on an e-mail address, the entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
