Kidrobot, Inc.'s "Dead Kenny Giveaway" SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. SPONSOR: The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Kidrobot, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), 1468 Pearl St., Ste 200, Boulder, CO, 80302.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sponsor's "Dead Kenny Giveaway" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on August 4, 2011 at 11:01:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on August 14, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Sweepstakes Period").
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to U.S. and EU residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of August 4, 2011. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor and its respective companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies or any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or members of the same household of each are not eligible to enter or to win a prize. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
4. ENTRY METHODS: Each case pack purchase of the "Kidrobot x South Park Mini Series," during the Sweepstakes Period, automatically enters you into the Sweepstakes. Web site entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, August 14, 2011. You may only enter the Sweepstakes under one name and one email address which is subscribed and registered in your name. As an alternate means of entry, you may send an e-mail, with "South Park Sweepstakes" as the subject line, to promo@kidrobot.com. In the body of the e-mail, please include the following required information: first name, last name, phone number, date of birth and mailing address. One e-mail entry per e-mail address will be accepted. Only e-mails with all required information included will be considered. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. An eligible individual receives one automatic entry into the Sweepstakes when he/she submits the requested information. The email address submitted must be valid from 11:01:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, August 4, 2011 through 11:59:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, August 14, 2011. All entries become the property of Sponsor.
5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Five (5) "Grand Prize Winners" will receive a grand prize of one (1) of the five (5) South Park Mini Dead Kenny figures autographed by South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker (the "Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize is not transferable. If the Grand Prize or any part thereof is unavailable for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with another prize of equal or greater value. The approximate retail value (ARV) of a single South Park Mini Dead Kenny figure is US$10.95. The ARV of the autographed item is subject to fluctuation based on the current market value at the time of the Grand Prize award.
6. WINNERS: Winners will be determined in a random drawing, on August 19, 2011, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of all eligible entries received. Winners must comply with these "Official Rules and Regulations." Grand Prize Winners will be notified by e-mail and will be required to complete, sign, and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release. Winners are required to return said Affidavit within seven (7) days from the date indicated on the Grand Prize notification e-mail. Forfeiture of the Grand Price will occur in the event (i) the Grand Prize email notification is sent to the email address provided, but is returned as "undeliverable," or (ii) the Affidavit is not returned in accordance with the foregoing provision. In the event of a forfeiture, an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries.
7. ENTRANTS, BY THEIR PARTICIPATION, AND GRAND PRIZE WINNERS, IN ACCEPTING THE GRAND PRIZE, AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OF LIABILITY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER AGAINST THE SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES, REGARDING ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, ANY ACCIDENT, LOSS, INJURY OR DEATH OCCURRING FROM HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR USE/MISUSE THEREOF.
8. GENERAL: Entrants, by their participation, and Grand Prize Winners, in accepting their Grand Prizes, agree to be bound by these "Sweepstakes Official Rules and Regulations," consent to the use of their names, addresses (city, state), photographs and likenesses for purposes of advertising, trade and promoting in any and all media on behalf of the Sponsor, without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
9. INTERNET ENTRIES: If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Use of bots or other automated process to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and may result in disqualification, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, for which the Sponsor reserves the right to select a new Grand Winner from among eligible entries. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any entry based on an e-mail address, the entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is herein defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
